About us:
BTL Group unites over 3000 employees in more than 50 companies operating in the sectors of international freight forwarding and forwarding, real estate, accommodation, ferry, bridge and tunnel ticketing. We are currently expanding our legal team and are inviting LAWYER to join us.
Nature of work:
- Assess the compliance of activities with legal regulations and contractual obligations, submit and coordinate proposals for ensuring compliance and participate in their implementation;
- Assess the legal risk of activities in the field of labor law and submit proposals for its management.;
- Prepare and assess documents related to activities, participate in negotiations and represent the company's position;
- Represent and (or) coordinate the company's representation in disputes with third parties, including representation in courts, labor dispute commissions and other state institutions;
- Prepare and review group contracts (transportation services, forwarding, contracting, supply of other goods and services).;
- Prepare and review company orders, letters and other draft internal documents.
Requirements:
- Higher education in law;
- At least 2 years of legal work experience;
- Experience in the fields of migration and labor law regulation in Lithuania and (or) abroad is an advantage.
- Experience in the fields of international transport and logistics is an advantage;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (from B2 level);
- Time planning and independent work organization skills;
- Ability to promptly and reasonedly identify risks, make proposals and make decisions.
