We will entrust you with:

- preparation, coordination, adjustment of various contracts and internal documents;
- participation in negotiations, legal support for the implementation of transactions;
- monitoring changes in legal acts, assessing their impact on the company's activities and ensuring compliance with current legal regulations;
- review of public procurement documents and conditions, preparation of claims;
- consulting employees on legal issues in various areas (contracts, handling consumer complaints, personal data protection, etc.);
- establishment, reorganization, mergers, accessions, etc. of legal entities;
- preparation of minutes of meetings of shareholders and board members;
- identification and management of legal risks related to the company's activities;
- representation of the company's interests in external institutions and in relations with third parties.
We hope you:
- you have a university degree in law;
- you have successful legal work experience;
- you are able to reasonedly assess legal situations, solve complex legal issues and independently plan and organize your work;
- you are proactive, able to effectively manage time, coordinate several legal projects and reconcile different interests;
- you are well-versed in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and are able to apply them in practice;
- you are motivated to constantly improve and deepen your professional knowledge.
