JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Ensure compliance of the company's activities with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania
  • Prepare, review and update the company's internal procedures, rules, policies and other documents
  • Prepare complaints, claims, reports, letters, responses, lawsuits
  • Represent the company in negotiations, courts, pre-trial institutions and state institutions
  • Prepare, coordinate, control and supervise various types of contracts (service, supply, contract, work, etc.)
  • Manage and systematize company documentation
  • Provide legal consultations and conclusions to employees of the group of companies (labor law, contract law, other relevant issues)
  • Assess legal risk and make proposals for its reduction.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

  • Higher education (in the field of law)
  • Legal work experience (advantage - work in the legal department of a company)
  • Excellent oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian and English (Russian - an advantage)
  • Independent task management, time planning and result-oriented decisions
  • Responsibility, initiative and analytical thinking.
