Lawyer

Preparation, review, execution supervision and administration of contracts;
Preparation, coordination and examination of draft legal documents;
Preparation of various requests, claims, requests and other letters and responses to letters;
Preparation of procedural documents;
Preparation of creditor claims, administration and supervision of the company's clients' enforcement and insolvency cases;
Analysis and monitoring of legal acts, tracking and systematization of changes in legal acts, informing employees about relevant changes;
Consulting company employees on various legal issues;
Performance of other assigned tasks.

Higher legal education;
Legal work experience;
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of clerical rules;
Excellent command of Lithuanian and English;
Responsibility, attentiveness, diligence, analytical thinking and ability to communicate effectively;
Determination to improve and acquire new knowledge;
