We are looking for a lawyer to join the team of "Trust" Klaipėda office. The position involves working with contracts, audit processes and constant in-depth study of the legal requirements of different countries (especially the EU). We expect a receptive, independent and fast-learning specialist.
Nature of work
- Review and evaluation of client contracts according to company regulations (international projects).
- Collection and preparation of legal information on opportunities to work in new markets (Europe).
- Assistance in preparing and managing audit documentation.
- Cooperation with other departments on issues of occupational safety, contracts and labor law.
- Carrying out other tasks related to legal accountability.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education in the field of law.
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
- 1–2 years of experience.
- Independence, analytical thinking, receptiveness.
- Experience in working with foreign markets and documentation is an advantage.
- Knowledge of labor law is an advantage.
