Nature of work:
Prepare, review and evaluate contracts with clients, partners and subcontractors, make proposals on their terms and conditions and protection of the company's interests.
Consult company managers and employees on labor law issues, prepare and check employment relationship documents.
Resolve daily legal issues arising in the company's activities, assess legal risks and propose solutions for their management.
Represent the company's interests in resolving disputes with clients, partners and employees, prepare claims, responses and other legal documents.
Communicate with the State Labor Inspectorate (VDI), "Sodra" and other state institutions, prepare responses to their inquiries and provide explanations.
Administer company debts: prepare and send payment reminders, claims, prepare documents for debt collection.
Communicate with foreign attorneys and lawyers.
Monitor changes in legal acts, assess their impact on the company's activities and inform responsible employees about relevant legal requirements.
Perform other tasks related to the legal support of the company.

Requirements
Higher education in law.
At least 1-2 years of legal work experience.
Good written and oral knowledge of English or German, ability to independently prepare and analyze legal documents in a foreign language.
Knowledge of the basics of labor law and civil law.
Ability to prepare, analyze and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
Ability to analyze legal acts, identify legal risks and propose practical solutions.
Independence, analytical thinking, responsibility, attention to detail and ability to plan one's work.
Good communication and negotiation skills, ability to constructively resolve disputes and cooperate with different departments.
Ability to work on several issues simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Work experience in an international company, in foreign markets or with international contracts is an advantage.
Experience in debt collection or administration, handling corporate documents or communicating with state institutions is an advantage.
At least 1-2 years of legal work experience.
