We are looking for a LAWYER!

UAB "AVS PipeFit" - a company operating in the international market and constantly growing - invites a lawyer to join the team who wants to apply their professional knowledge, independently solve various legal issues and contribute to the smooth operation of the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Preparation, review and coordination of contracts with customers, suppliers and other contractors;
  • Preparation and coordination of drafts of complaints, claims, responses, lawsuits and other procedural documents;
  • Representation of the company's interests in negotiations, in courts, pre-trial and state institutions;
  • Review and preparation of internal procedures, procedures, letters and other documents necessary for the company's activities;
  • Provision of legal consultations and conclusions on various legal issues related to the company's activities (labor, civil, migration, commercial law);
  • Administration, systematization and management of documentation;
  • Examination and resolution of other legal issues related to the company's activities.

WE HOPE YOU:

  • You have a university degree in law;
  • You have at least 2 years of legal work experience;
  • You are fluent in English (at least B2 level), knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
  • You are able to express your thoughts fluently and clearly, have strong legal argumentation and practical decision-making skills;
  • You are proactive, independent and motivated to solve complex legal problems.

Salary

1700-2700 €/mon. net
The final salary will depend on the candidate's experience, competencies, and professional abilities.
