Nature of work:
–Preparation, review of various commercial contracts, provision of consultations to internal stakeholders and negotiations with external partners on contract terms;
–Identification of legal risks, their assessment and management, provision of conclusions and recommendations on operational issues;
–Working on various projects, review of contracts and preparation of other legal documents;
–Preparation of legal documents (letters, policies, internal legal acts, etc.) related to the company's activities.

Expectations from the candidate:
–Master of Laws (or equivalent) qualification;
–At least 3 years of legal work experience in the private sector;
–Excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills;
–Result-oriented, analytical thinking and responsible approach to work;
–Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
–Experience in the franchise sector would be an advantage.
