• You will prepare, review and negotiate various commercial contracts and other legal documents in Lithuanian and English.
• You will closely cooperate with sales, project and other department teams, participate in meetings and help find practical legal solutions.
• You will independently resolve various daily legal issues of the group of companies, in cooperation with the legal director.
• You will consult colleagues in commercial, corporate and other areas of law relevant to business.
• Participated in negotiations on contract terms and contributed to the resolution of contractual and business disputes.
• Prepared and reviewed internal legal procedures, policies and other documents of the group of companies.
• Monitored relevant changes in legislation in Lithuania and other markets of the group of companies and contributed to ensuring legal compliance.
• Cooperated with external legal consultants in Lithuania and abroad.

• You have a university degree in law.
• You have at least 2 years of legal work experience in the private sector.
• You are well versed in commercial and corporate law, have practical experience in drafting and negotiating contracts.
• You communicate well in Lithuanian and speak English at a level not lower than C1 - both written and spoken.
• You are communicative, like to collaborate and are able to clearly explain complex legal issues to colleagues.
• You are able to independently organize your work, take responsibility and manage several tasks at the same time.
• You are proactive, flexible, solution-oriented and understand business needs.
• You are not afraid of new challenges, want to improve and are ready to work on issues in various areas of law.
• You are interested in new technologies and boldly use digital and artificial intelligence tools to increase work efficiency.

We will consider the following as a great advantage:

• Experience in the construction, engineering or manufacturing sectors.
• Practical knowledge of personal data protection (GDPR).
• Experience working with international projects, teams or legal issues in different jurisdictions.
