- UAB „PERSONALO SPRENDIMAI“
BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Independent resolution of daily legal issues of the group of companies, in close cooperation with the legal director.
- Providing legal advice to colleagues from different departments, seeking practical solutions that meet business needs.
- Preparing, reviewing and coordinating commercial contracts, internal documents and other legal documents in Lithuanian and English.
- Monitoring, assessing and ensuring the application of legislative and regulatory changes in Lithuania and other markets of UAB "Staticus Group" operations.
- Coordinating the legal compliance processes of the group of companies, paying special attention to personal data protection, business ethics and corporate governance.
- Participating in resolving contractual, legal and business disputes and conducting negotiations.
- Cooperating with external legal consultants in Lithuania and abroad, ensuring high-quality and effective resolution of legal issues.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have a university degree in law.
- You have at least 2 years of legal work experience in the private sector. We will consider experience in the fields of construction, engineering or manufacturing as a great advantage.
- You are well versed in corporate and commercial law and personal data protection (GDPR) requirements.
- You communicate well in Lithuanian and speak English at least at C1 level (written and spoken).
- You are able to make decisions independently, take responsibility for your work results and effectively manage several tasks at the same time.
- You are proactive, solution-oriented and able to assess legal issues from a business perspective.
- You are able to collaborate with specialists in different fields, international teams and external legal consultants.
- You boldly use digital tools and new technologies, including AI solutions, to increase work efficiency.
