REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT LAWYER

Preparation/review of contracts (lease, contract, purchase - sale, etc.);
Assess the identification of legal risks related to the company's activities and their management;
Representation of the company in relations with third parties, natural and legal persons, state institutions, other institutions;
Consult on legal, compliance and risk management issues;
Prepare and review external legal communications (letters, requests, etc.) to participate in negotiations;

Completed university education in the field of law;
At least 2 years of legal work experience in the field of real estate;
Good analytical thinking, diligence, responsibility;
Good computer literacy skills (MS Office);
Result-oriented, initiative, ability to work in a team, independence;
Category B driver's license.
