Our partner, the State Medicines Control Service under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Lithuania (SMC) is inviting a lawyer to join us.
What will you do?
- You will prepare draft legal acts and legal conclusions.
- You will analyze Lithuanian and European Union legal acts, the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
- You will make proposals for the application and improvement of legal acts.
- You will assess the compliance of the Service's activities with the requirements of legal acts.
- You will cooperate with the European Medicines Agency and institutions of other EU countries.
- You will participate in the activities of working groups, commissions and international projects.
We hope you:
- You have a university degree in law.
- You speak English at least at B1 level.
- You are able to analyze legal acts and prepare legal documents.
- You are responsible, diligent and able to work independently.
