What will your day look like:
- You will prepare, review and negotiate various contracts related to the company's activities.
- You will consult with managers and colleagues on labor, civil and administrative law issues.
- You will assess legal risks and provide recommendations when making business decisions.
- You will be responsible for monitoring public procurement tenders and preparing proposals.
- You will prepare official letters, internal documents, procedures and other company documentation.
- You will represent the company's interests in relations with state institutions and other partners.
- You will contribute to ensuring the company's compliance processes, certificates and other documents important to its activities.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher legal education.
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of law. Business law is an advantage.
- Experience in preparing public procurement tender proposals and working with the CVP IS system.
- Good knowledge of English, knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
- Ability to prepare and analyze legal documents.
- Independence, responsibility and good work organization skills.
