Your daily activities at work would be:
Preparation and review of contracts with customers and suppliers, internal documents and other legal documents necessary for operations;
Debt administration and work with debtors;
Supervision of assigned company management processes;
Assessment of legal risks related to the company's areas of activity, monitoring, analysis and application of legal acts;
Provision of legal advice on various issues related to the company's activities;
Representation of the company's interests (if necessary) in legal proceedings, labor disputes, and state institutions.

Higher legal education;
More than 3 years of work experience in a business company;
In-depth knowledge of the specifics of the company and correct representation of the company;
Finding legal information, adapting it to the company's activities and consistency when working with documents;
Skills in preparing legal documents;
Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
Very good computer literacy;
Logical thinking, systematicity and constant interest in changes in laws.
