Nature of work
- Administer and coordinate the debt collection process at the pre-trial and judicial stages.
- Prepare procedural documents, claims, statements, requests and other legal documents.
- Represent the company's interests in courts, in relations with bailiffs, notaries, insolvency administrators and other institutions.
- Administer legal cases and ensure timely performance of procedural actions.
- Prepare creditor claims in bankruptcy and restructuring processes.
- Consult employees of the Debt Administration Group on issues of law application, debt collection and dispute resolution.
- Examine debtors' requests, inquiries and complaints, prepare responses and conclusions.
- Initiate and submit proposals for automation, digitalization and application of artificial intelligence solutions in debt administration and legal processes.
- Improve debt administration processes, standards, document templates and employee work tools.
- Monitor changes in legal acts and ensure their application in the company's activities.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher university or equivalent legal education.
- Legal work experience, preferably in the areas of debt collection, civil law, judicial processes or dispute management.
- Knowledge of the civil law of the Republic of Lithuania, civil procedure law, bankruptcy and restructuring processes and the ability to apply legal acts in practice.
- Experience in preparing procedural documents and representing the interests of the organization in courts and other institutions.
- Ability to analyze legal situations, assess risks and make informed decisions.
- Interest in the application of artificial intelligence and other technological solutions in legal and debt administration processes (advantage).
- Very good computer skills ("MS Excel", "Word", "Outlook", "Teams").
- Excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills.
- Responsibility, diligence, analytical thinking and result-oriented.
