BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- You will provide assistance to the company's chief lawyer in construction and real estate development projects;
- You will participate in all stages of the real estate project;
- You will be responsible for the land acquisition and analysis processes;
- Legal assurance of design and construction processes;
- Sales processes of constructed objects;
- Preparation, review and administration of contracts (contract and subcontracting, design, land purchase and sale, preliminary and main real estate purchase and sale, lease, cooperation and service contracts);
- Preparation of documents in the processes of territorial planning and building permits;
- Work in the Real Estate Register, the Register of Legal Entities and work with other registers;
- Preparation of legal documents, letters, claims and responses to institutions;
- Representation of the company's interests in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings;
- Analysis of legal acts in the fields of construction, land, real estate and contract law;
- Document systematization and project administration;
- Assistance in resolving disputes with contractors, partners, clients or institutions.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have a higher legal education;
- At least 2 years of work experience as a lawyer or legal assistant in a construction or real estate development company;
- You have experience in preparing, negotiating and evaluating contracts and other legal documents;
- You are able to clearly and reasonedly present your thoughts both orally and in writing;
- You are able to work independently and in a team;
- You are knowledgeable in the fields of construction, contracting or commercial law;
- Responsible, meticulous, attentive to details;
- You are result-oriented.
