BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Comprehensive legal review of planned land plots and buildings.
Assessment of land ownership documents, use, easements, restrictions, special land use conditions and other restrictions.
Analysis of territorial planning documents, general and detailed plans and possible land use.
Identification of legal risks before concluding land and real estate acquisition transactions.
Participation in decision-making regarding land acquisition and development of real estate projects.
Preparation, evaluation and coordination of land and real estate purchase, preliminary, lease, contract, design and other contracts.
Coordination of legal decisions with designers, surveyors, notaries, partners and other specialists.
Representation of the company's interests in state and municipal institutions, registers and in disputes.
Monitoring changes in the legal environment of land law, territorial planning and real estate projects.

WE HOPE YOU:
You have a university degree in law.
You have at least 3 years of legal work experience in the field of land, real estate, territorial planning or construction law.
You are well versed in land law and are able to independently conduct a detailed legal inspection of a plot.
You understand the processes of territorial planning, land use change, plot formation and real estate development.
You are able to notice not only obvious, but also possible future legal risks.
You have experience in preparing, analyzing and coordinating land and real estate transaction documents from - to.
You are independent, analytical, meticulous and attentive to details.
In legal matters, you look for solutions that are practically applicable to business.
You have at least 3 years of legal work experience in the field of land, real estate, territorial planning or construction law.
You are well versed in land law and are able to independently conduct a detailed legal inspection of a plot.
