We are currently inviting a lawyer to join the legal department team, to whom we will entrust the preparation and review of legal documents, the provision of legal advice to internal departments, and the representation of the company's interests in relations with partners and institutions.

Primary responsibilities
- Preparation, review and coordination of contracts (services, copyright, support, lease, labor, contract, etc.), claims and other legal documents.
- Preparation and updating of internal legal documents, policies and procedures.
- Administration of insured events.
- Provision of consultations (on commercial law, labor law, consumer protection and other legal issues).
- Identification of legal risks in processes related to the activities of the group of companies.
- Monitoring of changes in legislation.
- Cooperation with notaries, state institutions, partners and external lawyers.
Requirements
- Higher university education in law (Master's degree).
- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar legal field.
- Excellent command of Lithuanian and good command of English.
- Initiative, responsibility and attention to detail.
