Nature of work:
- Ensuring the execution of public procurement procedures;
- Preparation, review and control of legal documents, contracts;
- Representation of the company's legal interests in pre-trial and judicial institutions;
- Debt collection;
- Preparing and updating the company's internal documentation (procedures, rules, descriptions, etc.);
- Preparation of claims and other letters related to the company's activities;
- Preparation of procedural documents;
- Consulting the company's employees on legal regulation and practice issues.
Employee requirements
- Higher university education in the field of law;
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of law;
- Knowledge of public procurement would be a great advantage;
- Ability to effectively plan your time and set priorities;
- Analytical thinking, initiative, diligence, strong orientation to results and the ability to clearly formulate thoughts both orally and in writing;
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Knowledge of clerical rules;
- Knowledge of English.
