Nature of work
- you will prepare the Agency's internal legal acts, procedures and other documents regulating the Agency's activities;
- you will consult other administrative units of the Agency, prepare proposals for increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes;
- you will consult colleagues on legislation, application of law, public procurement, personal data protection, corruption prevention and other legal issues;
- you will evaluate draft legal acts, contracts and other documents, provide legal conclusions and recommendations and ensure their compliance with applicable legal acts;
- you will participate in organizing public procurement and ensure their compliance with legal acts regulating public procurement;
- you will participate in the implementation of projects financed by the European Union and the state budget, within your competence.
Employee requirements
- Education: Higher university degree or equivalent (master's degree) in the field of social sciences, law.
- Experience: At least 3 years of legal work experience.
- Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of EU and Lithuanian legal acts regulating the fields of energy and public procurement, as well as the rules for preparing documents and legal acts.
- Competencies: Ability to fluently express thoughts in writing and orally, analyze and summarize information, draw conclusions, independently plan and organize work.

The official salary coefficient is from 1.50 to 1.80 of the basic amount (from 2690.00 to 3236.4 €/month (gross)). The specific coefficient is multiplied by the basic amount of the official salary (1798 EUR).
