REWO is a real estate development and investment management company that has successfully implemented more than 30 real estate projects in Vilnius and Kaunas. The company is currently recruiting a Lawyer to join the team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparation of a wide range of contracts (purchase-sale, lease, contract, etc.);
  • Consulting company employees on various legal issues (contracts, employment relations, etc.);
  • Reviewing internal company documents, ensuring compliance with legal acts;
  • Close cooperation with the company's management and board, providing consultations on legal issues and
ensuring smooth work;
  • Preparation and submission of documents to institutions according to their requests or obligations;
  • Cooperation with external lawyers, ensuring implementation of real estate regulatory requirements

EXPECTATIONS FOR CANDIDATES:

  • At least 3 years of experience in legal work (in-house or in a law firm);
  • Higher university education in law (master's degree);
  • Knowledge of the laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and case law, the ability to
properly interpret and apply them in practice;
  • Experience in the field of real estate is an advantage;
  • Excellent knowledge of contract law;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • High orientation towards results, attention to detail, responsibility.
