Our client is a company operating in the real estate sector. We are currently looking for an experienced lawyer to join our team, who would contribute to the daily legal processes and project development of the company's activities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare, review and negotiate various types of contracts (purchase-sale, lease, contract, etc.).
- Consult the company team on legal, contractual and employment issues.
- Ensure compliance of internal documents and processes with applicable laws.
- Provide legal insights to management and participate in resolving issues related to business activities.
- Prepare documents and responses to state institutions.
- Cooperate with external legal partners and coordinate the implementation of legal requirements related to real estate activities.
EXPECTATIONS FOR CANDIDATES:
- You have at least 3 years of legal work experience.
- You have obtained a Master of Laws qualification degree.
- You are well versed in the law of the Republic of Lithuania and are able to apply it in practical situations.
- You have strong knowledge of contract law.
- Experience in the field of real estate would be an advantage.
- You are fluent in Lithuanian and have a good command of English.
- You are responsible, diligent and result-oriented.

Competitive gross salary of 4000–6000 EUR, depending on experience and competencies.
