Finbee is a leading peer-to-peer lending and crowdfunding platform in Lithuania, and all Finbee clients are provided with payment services by an electronic money institution operating within our group of companies, which is currently inviting a Lawyer to join our professional team.
Nature of work
You will follow changes in legal acts, review the company's internal policy documents, procedures and orders;
You will assess and ensure that the company's activities comply with the requirements of legal acts and supervisory authorities;
You will communicate with the Bank of Lithuania, the State Data Protection Inspectorate and other institutions (preparation of letters and responses);
You will consult colleagues (on legal and compliance issues).

Requirements for the candidate:
Higher university degree in law;
Two years of experience in compliance, law or a related field (in a bank, finance or fintech company);
Knowledge of legislation related to financial services (peer-to-peer lending, crowdfunding);
Practical experience in applying Personal Data Protection (GDPR) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
