The CONSTAT Law Firm invites lawyers seeking to work with real estate transactions, development projects and related legal issues to join.
-Nature of work
Main responsibilities:
- Participate in advising clients on the structuring and implementation of real estate transactions and development projects;
- Contribute to the implementation of projects at all stages - from acquisition to realization of the object;
- Prepare and evaluate transaction and project documentation;
- Analyze territorial planning, construction and land law issues;
- Perform legal due diligence and assess legal risks;
- Participate in resolving legal issues and disputes related to projects.
-Requirements for the employee
Requirements:
- Higher university education in law;
- Up to 1 - 2 years of legal work experience (advantage - in the field of real estate or construction);
- Ability to prepare legal documents in a clear and structured manner;
- Analytical thinking, diligence and responsibility;
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
