We are looking for a motivated lawyer to join the Legal team. This position will focus on contract law and corporate governance, providing legal assistance to various teams and group companies both in Lithuania and abroad. You will work closely with colleagues from other departments to ensure compliance, manage risks and offer practical legal solutions.

This position will focus on contract law and corporate governance, providing legal assistance to various teams and group companies both in Lithuania and abroad. You will work closely with colleagues from other departments to ensure compliance, manage risks and offer practical legal solutions.
Nature of work:
- Preparation, review, coordination and assistance to team members of contracts (financing, shareholders, services, supply, procurement, confidentiality, etc.);
- Participation in M&A and joint venture transactions with the assistance of experienced team members;
- Performance of corporate governance functions: management of company documentation, preparation of board and shareholder resolutions, administration of powers, process supervision, updating of policies and templates and compliance control;
- Legal assistance to project teams and consulting colleagues on legal issues;
- Participation in due diligence and internal audit processes;
- Ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies and other daily legal functions.
Requirements:
- Higher legal education;
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of contract law (in a company or law firm);
- Good knowledge of commercial and corporate law;
- Strong contract drafting and review skills;
- Excellent oral and written command of Lithuanian and English;
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail and analytical, solution-oriented thinking;
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office package).
Additional requirements:
- Experience or interest in renewable energy, infrastructure or project activities;
- Experience in project financing;
- Experience in working with international partners.
