We are looking for a lawyer who will ensure smooth management of legal processes, high professional standards and continuous improvement of legal practice.
Responsibilities after joining the team:
- Provide legal advice on commercial, labor law, data protection, public procurement and other issues;
- Manage, prepare and evaluate legal inquiries;
- Prepare, analyze and coordinate company contracts and other legal documents, advise on their execution;
- Represent the interests of the company in relations with clients, partners and state institutions.
Experience and qualities that will allow you to succeed:
- At least 3 years of legal work experience in an organization carrying out commercial activities (preferably from 40 employees);
- Experience in consulting on public procurement law and public procurement-related issues;
- Experience in developing internal procedures and providing legal advice;
- Willingness to work in a team, share experience and jointly resolve emerging issues;
- Excellent knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating the activities of companies and contract law, and the ability to apply them in practice;
- Ability to resolve complex legal issues, reconcile different interests and effectively conduct negotiations;
- Ability to analyze and summarize information, prepare substantiated conclusions and clearly convey them orally and in writing.
