Your contribution to IKI will be as follows:

• You will prepare, analyze and perform analysis of legal contracts (lease, contract, etc.);
• You will consult with company employees on various legal issues (in the areas of real estate, contract, contract law, etc.);
• You will prepare legal documents (letters, claims, complaints, responses to inquiries from state institutions, etc.);
• You will prepare internal company documents, ensuring their compliance with applicable legal acts;
• You will assess legal risks, prepare conclusions and proposals;
• Represent the company's interests in state and local government institutions and in relations with other third parties;
• Resolve other legal issues arising in the company's activities.

We expect that you:

• Have a higher university (law) education (master's degree);
• Are an attorney or paralegal with at least 2 years of experience;
• Have work experience in the field of commercial and real estate law (at least 3 years);
• Knowledge of the laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, case law, and be able to properly interpret and apply them;
• Have excellent knowledge of contract law;
• Have excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken);
• Knowledge of business processes;
• You are able to organize your work independently;
• You are strongly result-oriented, honest, attentive, responsible;
• You are able to formulate your thoughts correctly, smoothly and accurately, and have excellent argumentation skills.

Salary and other benefits

• salary: €3,300–3,800/month (excluding taxes, depending on your experience and skills, the scope of services/results and our agreement);
• cooperation under a legal services agreement;
• consulting and activities in an international environment ("IKI" is part of the REWE Group);
