Vilnius - UAB „VEIKMĖS STATYBA“

Nature of work:

  • Preparation, coordination and evaluation of contracts (contracts, subcontracts, design, supply, services, etc.);
  • Administration and legal supervision of construction projects carried out by the Company;
  • Preparation and coordination of various letters, claims, responses to letters and claims;
  • Assistance to construction project teams in resolving legal issues related to project implementation, disputes with clients, contractors, etc.;
  • Preparation and coordination of internal company documents;
  • Search, analysis and provision of conclusions of legal acts and case law;
  • Consultation of Company employees on legal issues;
  • Performance of other assigned tasks

Requirements:

  • Higher university legal education;
  • At least 2-3 years of legal work experience;
  • Experience in the field of construction law (a great advantage);
  • Experience in preparing, negotiating and evaluating contracts, letters, claims and other legal documents;
  • Ability to express thoughts clearly, logically and in a reasoned manner both orally and in writing;
  • Organizational skills and responsibility for results, diligence, attention to detail, sociability and professional communication style, orientation towards quality and meeting deadlines;
  • Desire to learn and improve;
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment

Salary

2480-2980 €/mon. gross
The final remuneration will depend on the candidate's experience and competencies.
