Your role in the team
- Assistance to the company's Chief Lawyer in construction and real estate development projects;
- Participation in the entire real estate project cycle:
legal assurance of design and construction processes;
sale of built objects;
- Preparation, review and administration of contracts:
land plot purchase and sale;
preliminary and main real estate purchase and sale contracts;
lease, cooperation, service contracts;
- Assistance in preparing documents in the processes of territorial planning and building permits;
- Work with the Real Estate Register, the Register of Legal Entities and other public registers;
- Preparation and submission of legal documents, letters, claims, responses to institutions;
- Representation of the company's interests in judicial and extrajudicial bodies;
- Search and analysis of legal acts (construction, land, real estate, contract law);
- Document systematization, case and project administration;
- Assistance in resolving disputes with contractors, buyers, partners or institutions.
Your strengths and experience
- Higher legal education;
- Experience in the position of a company lawyer / legal assistant in a real estate development or construction company for at least 2 years;
- Ability to express thoughts clearly, logically and with arguments both orally and in writing;
- Experience in preparing, negotiating and evaluating contracts and other legal documents;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team;
- Experience in the field of construction, contracting or commercial law (a great advantage);
- Organizational skills and responsibility for results, diligence, attention to detail, sociability and professional communication style, orientation towards quality and meeting deadlines.
