We will trust you:
- Analyze, prepare and coordinate legal documents (contracts, agreements, amendments to them, internal documents, letters, claims, complaints, responses to institutions, etc.), ensuring their compliance with legal acts and company standards;
- Consult company employees on various legal issues, including labor, corporate, contract, consumer protection, energy, competition and advertising law;
- Ensure compliance of the company's activities, processes, products and services with legal acts, monitor their changes and initiate necessary changes;
- Prepare procedural documents and represent the company's interests in courts, dispute resolution institutions, state institutions and in relations with partners and clients;
- Examine consumer claims and represent the company in consumer disputes;
- Assess the risks and possible outcomes of legal proceedings, disputes and negotiations, provide recommendations on the action strategy;
- Participate in legislative and regulatory processes, prepare company positions and represent the company's interests in relations with supervisory authorities.
We would like you to:
- You would have a higher university law education;
- You would have accumulated at least 3-5 years of legal work experience;
- You would have practical experience in preparing and coordinating contracts, internal documents, claims, responses to institutions and other legal documents;
- You would be able to independently plan work, manage several issues at the same time and make decisions;
- You would have knowledge of the principles of regulation and operation of the energy sector;
- You would have excellent command of Lithuanian and English at least at the B2 level;
- You would be characterized by analytical thinking, responsibility, initiative and orientation towards solutions.
