Vilnius - UAB „Vlantana“

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Preparation and review of group contracts (transportation services, forwarding, warehousing, fuel supply, contracting, supply of other goods and services);
  • Preparation of letters, claims and other documents for contractors, partners, insurance companies, state institutions and other entities;
  • Preparation of procedural documents and representation of the company's interests in pre-trial and judicial debt collection proceedings;
  • Regulation of CMR claims;
  • Consulting colleagues and managers on civil, administrative and labor law issues;
  • Preparation and review of internal regulatory legal acts;
  • Analysis of legal acts and preparation of legal conclusions on individual issues of the activities of the group companies;

We hope you:

  • Have a higher legal education and at least 2 years of work experience (experience in a transport company is an advantage);
  • You know the basic regulations and principles of the codes of labor law, civil law, civil procedure, are familiar with case law;
  • You are familiar with the CMR Convention and are able to apply it in practice;
  • You are able to communicate in English (written and oral), Russian/Polish is an advantage;
  • You have strong analytical and legal reasoning skills;
  • You are curious, persistent and motivated.

Salary

2500-3000 €/mon. gross
Salary will depend on the candidate's work experience and results and will be further discussed and agreed upon during negotiations with the selected candidate.
