Responsibilities:
- Identification, assessment and management of legal risks related to transport activities in Western European countries.
- Participation in client audits within the scope of competence.
- Management and coordination of fine cases received in Western European countries.
- Preparation and assessment of documents, participation in negotiations, representation of the company's position.
- Initiation of process improvements according to business needs and responsibility for assigned legal issues in relevant jurisdictions.
- Preparation of various requests, claims, requests and other letters and responses to letters
- Preparation of creditor claims, administration and supervision of enforcement and insolvency cases of the company's clients
Expectations for the employee
- Higher university law education.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a law firm or working as a corporate lawyer. Experience working as a lawyer in a transport company would be an advantage.
- Very good knowledge of English and Lithuanian (written and spoken); knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
