Your main responsibilities:
- Preparation of legal opinions and consulting employees on legal issues.
- Preparation, assessment and coordination of internal legal acts, contracts, powers of attorney and other legal documents.
- Identification of legal risks and provision of recommendations for their management.
- Reviewing, analyzing claims and preparation of legal opinions.
- Supervision of the legality of internal processes: ensuring compliance of the company's internal legal acts with the applicable legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and legal technical requirements.
- Representation of the company's interests in various institutions and courts, preparation of procedural documents.
- Standardization of documents, contracts and procedures and improvement of legal processes.
What do we expect from you:
- Higher university education in law (bachelor's or master's degree).
- At least 3 years of legal work experience (experience in the field of corporate law would be an advantage).
- Excellent knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the practice of applying law.
- Ability to analyze, assess and manage legal risks.
- Fluent and precise formulation of thoughts and excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language (oral and written).
- Strong legal argumentation, negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively cooperate in a team.
- Attention to detail, responsibility and analytical thinking.
- Initiative, orientation towards results and process improvement.
