📍 About the position
We are looking for a lawyer to join our team and work on real estate and construction legal issues.
Future responsibilities:

- Preparation of real estate purchase and sale agreements (both property and share purchase and sale transactions), representation in negotiations and organization of transaction approval in notary offices
- Preparation, coordination and adjustment of contract, design, service and other contracts related to the company's activities
- Preparation of procedural documents (claims, responses, replies, rejoinders, separate complaints, etc.)
- Representation in courts, bailiffs' offices, notary offices, state and municipal institutions, in relations with natural and legal persons
- Legal consultations on real estate and construction issues
👤 Requirements
- 2 or more years of legal work experience (advantage - in the field of real estate and construction in a law firm and/or private company)
- Knowledge of GDPR and AML regulatory legislation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, helping to build trust and confidently resolve legal issues
- Clear orientation towards results and responsibility for the implementation of one's goals
- Higher university law education
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and good knowledge of English
- Skills in using MS Office software
