Your role in the team
- Participation in the real estate development cycle;
- Preparation, review and analysis of contracts, supervision and management, participation in negotiations: contracting, subcontracting, design and other types;
- Assistance in preparing documents to ensure the initiation processes of construction works;
- Preparation and submission of legal documents, letters, claims, responses to institutions;
- Representation of the company's interests in judicial and extrajudicial bodies;
- Search and analysis of legal acts (construction, land, real estate, contract law);
- Systematization of documents, administration of cases and projects;
- Assistance in resolving disputes with contractors, buyers, partners or institutions.
Your strengths and experience
- Higher legal education;
- Experience in the position of a company lawyer / legal assistant in a real estate development or construction company for at least 2 years;
- Ability to express thoughts clearly, logically and with arguments both orally and in writing;
- Experience in preparing, negotiating and evaluating contracts and other legal documents;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team;
- Experience in the field of construction, contracting or commercial law (a great advantage);
- Organizational skills and responsibility for results, diligence, attention to detail, sociability and professional communication style, orientation towards quality and meeting deadlines.
