We are expanding our operations in Lithuania and are looking for a Lawyer to join our team in Vilnius and provide legal advice and assistance in various areas of our growing business.
Nature of work:
- Ensure that the company's activities are fully compliant with local legal requirements.
- Advise and provide legal assistance to the operations, finance and human resources departments.
- Draft, negotiate and review contracts.
- Provide professional legal insights on regulatory requirements and changes in the online gaming and entertainment sector.
- Identify and manage legal risks related to the company's activities.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure smooth legal processes in different regions.
- Manage and systematize legal documents, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Train and advise internal teams on relevant legal issues and legislative changes, promoting a culture of compliance within the company.
- Provide assistance with corporate structure and other corporate changes, opening bank accounts.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of legal work experience, preferably in the iGaming sector / IT products company.
- Experience in conducting Due Diligence and Know Your Client (KYC) processes (both inbound and outbound).
- Experience in working with foreign companies and foreign administrators.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating various types of contracts, including contracts for the provision of specialized software services.
- Knowledge of labor law.
- Basic knowledge of intellectual property law and procedures for acquiring and protecting IP rights.
- English language level – not lower than B2; legal English would be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills and great attention to detail.
