- UAB „PERSONALO SPRENDIMAI“
BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Work in construction and real estate development projects (from land acquisition to sale of objects);
- Ensuring construction, real estate and land law processes;
- Preparing and coordinating contracts (contracting, design, real estate, lease, etc.);
- Working with registers and permit/planning documents;
- Representing the company in institutions and disputes;
- Solving legal issues with partners, contractors and clients.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have a higher legal education;
- At least 2 years of work experience as a lawyer or legal assistant in a construction or real estate development company;
- You have experience in preparing, negotiating and evaluating contracts and other legal documents;
- You are knowledgeable in the fields of construction, contracting or commercial law;
- Responsible, meticulous, attentive to details;
- You are result-oriented.
