🌲What will you do in the team?
- You will resolve legal issues in the field of medicine – accreditations, territorial health insurance contracts, orders, procedures;
- You will investigate customer complaints regarding the provision of healthcare services and consumer rights protection issues;
- You will prepare applications for licenses and hygiene passports;
- You will consult on commercial, competition and advertising law issues;
- You will manage the legal aspects of insurance events and copyright agreements;
- You will prepare and negotiate contracts and other legal documents;
- You will ensure compliance with the requirements of legal acts;
- You will identify and manage legal risks related to the company's activities.
🌲What do we expect from you?
- Higher university legal education;
- At least 3 years of legal work experience;
- Experience in the fields of commercial, contract, civil, medical law;
- Experience in the fields of competition and advertising (an advantage);
- Knowledge of document preparation requirements;
- Good skills in working with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
- Analytical thinking, ability to identify risks and make decisions;
- Good work planning, task prioritization, communication and representation skills;
- Responsibility, initiative and result orientation;
- Ability to understand business needs and offer practical solutions.

Our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Center operating in the sanatorium is the largest in Lithuania in terms of the volume of medical rehabilitation services provided, and also unites 13 outpatient medical rehabilitation centers throughout the country. They provide inpatient and outpatient medical rehabilitation services using the most modern methods of physiotherapy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and other scientific advances.
