We are currently inviting a lawyer to join the team who wants to not only deepen their legal knowledge, but also contribute to the effective management and improvement of legal and debt collection processes.

We are currently inviting a lawyer to join the team who wants to not only deepen their legal knowledge, but also contribute to the effective management and improvement of legal and debt collection processes.
What will we entrust to you?
- To carry out judicial debt collection and prepare draft procedural documents for the courts.
- To prepare creditor claims and represent the interests of the creditor in bankruptcy, insolvency and inheritance proceedings.
- To represent the Company in accordance with the granted powers in state institutions, notary and bailiff offices and in relations with third parties.
- To examine complaints, claims and other applications, prepare responses and provide legal advice to the Company's clients and debtors.
- To work with the Lithuanian Courts Electronic Services Portal and administer received documents.
- To monitor changes in legal acts, assess their impact on the Company's activities and contribute to the compliance of activities with the requirements of legal acts.
- To provide proposals for streamlining legal processes, solving problems and improving the Company's activities and contribute to the implementation of the Company's strategic initiatives.
What do we expect from you
- University law degree or final year law student.
- Ability to work efficiently and qualitatively with a large flow of homogeneous cases and tasks, to plan your time properly and ensure timely completion of work.
- Good knowledge of civil law and civil procedure law and the ability to navigate case law.
- Ability to analyze, understand and logically explain legal problems and apply legal knowledge when solving recurring situations.
- Ability to independently organize and perform assigned tasks, work consistently, accurately and within established deadlines.
- Responsible approach to the work performed, logical thinking and the ability to make informed decisions.
- Diplomacy, sociability and the ability to communicate professionally with colleagues, clients and business partners.
