JOB CHARACTERISTICS

  • Provide consultations on relevant issues of the group of companies' activities and help resolve emerging issues.
  • Prepare, evaluate and coordinate contracts, other documents, ensure their compliance with the requirements of legal acts.
  • Prepare, evaluate and coordinate internal legal acts.
  • Ensure the legality of the activities of the companies and the implementation of the requirements of laws and other legal acts, provide proposals on issues of improving the activities of the companies.
  • In the area of their competence, advise the employees of the group of companies on the application of external and internal legal acts.
  • Search, analysis and provision of conclusions of legal acts and case law.
  • If necessary, represent the companies of the group of companies in negotiations with business partners and other persons.
  • Identify legal risks and provide recommendations for their management.

WHAT IS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)

  • Higher university legal education (Master of Laws or equivalent qualification).
  • At least 3 years of legal work experience in the field of company and corporate law, as well as in the field of contract drafting and commercial law.
  • Excellent legal knowledge and the ability to apply it in practice.
  • Very good work planning and organizational skills, diligence and attention to detail.
  • Very good oral and written knowledge and skills of Lithuanian and English (including legal language).
  • Very good MS Office skills.
  • Responsibility, customer orientation, quick reaction, proactivity, ability to work independently and willingness to find the most favorable business solutions in challenging situations.
