Your main responsibilities:

What do we offer?
- Advise the company's teams on energy project development, energy product trading and other legal issues of the company;
- Prepare, review and negotiate contracts with customers, suppliers, partners and other interested parties;
- Monitor the implementation of contracts, identify legal risks and provide recommendations for their management and prevention;
- Prepare, update and standardize the company's internal procedures, processes and other legal documents;
- Advise colleagues on incoming legal inquiries, claims and complaints, coordinate their examination and prepare responses;
- Represent the company's interests and coordinate cooperation with external institutions;
- Coordinate the work of external lawyers and other legal service providers in various areas of law.
We expect that you:
- Have a higher university law degree;
- Have at least 2 years of legal work experience;
- You are familiar with energy or construction law and are able to apply legal knowledge in practice;
- You are analytical in your assessment of situations and are able to substantiate your position with arguments;
- You are independent, responsible and meticulous;
- You are characterized by initiative, the ability to solve problems and take responsibility for your field of work while adapting to a changing environment;
- If necessary, you would be able to understand information presented in English.
