Tasks and responsibilities
We will introduce you to the company, team, processes and entrust you with the following responsibilities:
analysis of legislative processes and draft legal acts being prepared, assessment of the risks posed by these projects, preparation of comments and proposals;
assessment of the legal environment for the introduction of products, services and technological solutions developed, manufactured and supplied in the field of life sciences into the market, advice and consultations on possible solutions, emerging risks and their management;
analysis of the legal environment of the activities of life sciences sector participants (manufacturers and distributors of medical institutions, medicines, medical devices, food products, cosmetics, etc.), conformity assessment, provision of recommendations and advice;
consulting on current issues of legal regulation and application of the life sciences sector.

Expectations for your competence
We expect that you have a university degree in law, knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union related to the life sciences sector, and successful professional experience in the field of legislation, regulation or risk management in the life sciences and healthcare sectors, are able to analyze legal acts, assess their impact and provide practical recommendations, and are fluent in Lithuanian and English.
