We are inviting a lawyer to join our team who wants to work with real legal processes, independently manage their cases and, together with the team, find ways to perform legal tasks more simply, faster and more efficiently.

What are you going to do?
- You will carry out judicial debt collection and prepare draft procedural documents for the courts.
- You will prepare creditor claims and work with bankruptcy, insolvency and inheritance processes.
- You will represent the Company in state institutions, notary and bailiff offices and in relations with third parties.
- You will examine complaints, claims and other applications, prepare responses and provide legal advice.
- You will work with the Lithuanian courts' electronic services portal and administer judicial documents.
- Together with the team, you will look for ways to streamline legal processes and solve problems arising in practice.
What do we expect from you?
- Completed higher legal education.
- Good knowledge of civil law and civil procedure and the ability to navigate in court practice.
- The ability to analyze legal situations, find practical solutions and clearly justify them.
- The ability to independently plan work, manage a larger flow of cases and tasks and meet deadlines.
- Responsibility, diligence, logical thinking and good communication.
- Experience in the field of debt collection is a great advantage.
