👉You will be responsible for:
🔸Execution of the Branch's rights and interests in the field of regressive, debt and other disputes
🔸Representation of the Company in courts, law enforcement institutions and in relations with public and private legal entities
🔸Provision of legal assistance in various areas of law
🔸Review, preparation, adjustment and negotiations of contracts, internal procedures, powers of attorney and other legal documents
🔸Legal consultations for Branch employees
🔸Representation of the Company in courts, law enforcement institutions and in relations with public and private legal entities

👉Important requirements for this position:
🔸Higher legal education
🔸Knowledge of civil (including court) procedure
🔸Experience in civil legal work (an advantage – in the field of insurance)
🔸Experience in representation in courts
🔸Experience in negotiations with legal and natural persons and working with financial claims and disputes
🔸Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and good English
🔸Knowledge of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania
🔸Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet)
🔸Knowledge of civil (including court) procedure
🔸Experience in civil legal work (an advantage – in the field of insurance)
