What will you do?
- You will advise managers and departments on labor law issues: employment contracts, labor disputes, work rules, dismissal, posting of employees.
- You will prepare and review contracts with partners, sub-carriers and customers (cargo contracts, service contracts, confidentiality agreements).
- You will follow labor and transport law innovations, consult on EU legal requirements (business travel directive, drivers' working hours, etc.).
- You will represent the company in relations with state institutions (VDI, Sodra) and, if necessary, in pre-trial and judicial procedures.
- You will actively participate in developing internal processes and document templates for the entire business.
What we expect from candidates
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in law.
- 3-6 years of work experience with a focus on labor law.
- Practical experience with labor disputes, VDI inspections or labor contract negotiations.
- Knowledge of the logistics, transport or manufacturing sector would be a great advantage.
- Ability to make decisions independently without long consultation chains.
- Excellent Lithuanian, strong English, Russian as an advantage.
