Nature of work:
- Preparation, evaluation and negotiation of construction contracts, design, purchase and sale and other related contracts and agreements.
- Providing legal opinions and recommendations to management regarding real estate development and construction processes.
- Representing the company's interests in state and municipal institutions, courts and in relations with third parties.
- Assistance to project/department managers on legal issues.
- Preparation of corporate documents and ensuring compliance with legal acts.

- Higher university education in the field of law (master's degree).
- At least 2 years of successful legal work experience (preferably in the fields of construction and real estate development).
- Analytical thinking, ability to make independent decisions and good negotiation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).
