Nature of work
Nature of work:
- preparation of procedural documents (claims, responses, complaints, requests);
- preparation, review and coordination of contracts and other documents of legal significance;
- provision of legal consultations and conclusions to clients;
- analysis of legal acts and case law;
- representation of clients in negotiations and before state institutions;
- assessment of legal risks and offering solutions to clients.
Employee requirements
- Master of Laws (or equivalent);
- at least 2 years of legal work experience;
- very good written and oral English (mandatory);
- knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage;
- ability to analyze complex legal situations and present ideas clearly and in a well-reasoned manner;
- independence, responsibility and good time management skills;
- high standards of professional ethics and the desire to perform each task with high quality;
- desire to grow and develop professionally together with an international team.
