- Prepare and evaluate drafts of contracts related to the company's activities (contracts, subcontracts, purchase and sale of goods and services, etc.) and represent in negotiations;
- Prepare drafts of documents (letters, claims, etc.);
- Provide comprehensive legal assistance in construction and public procurement procedures;
- Consult company managers and employees on various legal issues related to the company's activities;
- Represent the company's interests in negotiations and/or court cases in the event of disputes;
- Prepare procedural documents.
We will achieve the best results together if you have:
- Higher legal education;
- At least 2 years of similar work experience in the construction field;
- Work experience in resolving practical situations arising from contracts concluded through Public Procurement.
