We are currently expanding our team and are inviting LAWYER (-Ê) - COLLECTION ADMINISTRATOR (-Ê) to join us.
Nature of work:
- Administer cargo damage and supervision of all related processes;
- Assess the validity of received claims and documents;
- Provide professional advice to the organization's employees on all issues related to cargo damage;
- Evaluate damage reports, documents and received evidence and/or initiate receipt of documents;
- Cooperate with clients, insurance companies and other interested parties in order to obtain additional information to settle the damage/claim;
- To represent and/or coordinate the representation of companies against third parties in disputes in the fields of transport law.
Requirements:
- Higher education in the field of law;
- At least 2 years of experience in claims management or law;
- Experience in the fields of international transport and insurance is an advantage;
- Oral and written communication skills in English (from B2 level);
- Excellent time planning and independent work organization skills;
- Ability to promptly and reasonedly identify risks, make proposals and make decisions;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions;
- Responsibility, diligence and attention to detail.
