- corporate law, commercial law, contract law; establishment, liquidation, licensing of legal entities;
- migration law, administrative law, representation;
- labor law, labor disputes, representation;
- consulting clients on civil law issues and preparation of legal opinions, procedural and other documents;
- preparation of internal documentation of companies;
Employee requirements
- legal education; may be final year students;
- at least one year of legal work experience;
- knowledge of foreign languages English and/or Russian;
- time planning, legal argumentation skills;
- computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel;
- analytical, logical thinking, coherent presentation of thoughts orally and in writing;
- ability to search for information, collect it, systematize, summarize and prepare legal conclusions;
- result orientation, diligence, attentiveness, curiosity;
- desire to grow and improve.
