We are looking for a labor law colleague,for a fixed-term contract period (with the possibility of later joining the team indefinitely). This position is a unique opportunity to advise colleagues from Ignitis Group companies on labor law issues and shape labor law practice, get to know the activities carried out, get to know business processes, and realize your accumulated legal knowledge. You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

By providing detailed consultations on labor law issues and conducting legal risk assessments;
By analyzing relevant labor law regulations and consistently monitoring new legislative initiatives;
By consulting on internal and external legislative issues, ensuring their compliance with the requirements of the Labor Code and other legal acts;
Identifying and resolving non-standard, complex and/or complex employment law situations, ensuring the legality and validity of decisions made;
Participating in business projects within the scope of competence, managing legal risks and ensuring compliance of the Group's companies' activities with applicable legal acts;
Preparing contracts and other necessary documents, ensuring compliance of their content with the requirements of legal acts.

Important for this position:

Higher legal education - Master of Laws or equivalent and higher degree;
3 years of legal work experience and experience in the field of labor law;
Ability to solve complex, difficult labor law issues, reconcile different interests;
Impeccable communication and cooperation skills, the ability to persuade and excellent document preparation skills;
Excellent teamwork skills, the ability to motivate team members, the ability to create and implement a favorable work environment and a positive organizational culture;
Ability to build a team in project activities, taking responsibility for achieving results both individually and by leading a work or project team;
Excellent knowledge of English and Lithuanian (oral and written).

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 2,770 to EUR 4,150 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered based on work experience and competence. A variable salary may be paid in addition to the salary.
